Soovime toonitada, et fotode p\u00f5hjal koostatud anal\u00fc\u00fcs on puhas spekulatsioon ning inimkeha kohanemisv\u00f5ime on aukartust\u00e4ratav! Kindlasti aitas taaskord saun ja k\u00f5va vihtlemine.<\/p>\n<p>Ketramine kui monotoonne ja pikka aega kestev t\u00f6ine tegevus oli t\u00f5en\u00e4oliselt seotud \u00fclaj\u00e4semete ja labak\u00e4te \u00fclekoormuss\u00fcndroomidega, nagu n\u00e4iteks karpaalkanali s\u00fcndroom. Selle tekkimist soodustab eelk\u00f5ige pidev s\u00f5rmede ja randmete painutamine ja objektide haardes hoidmine. Karpaalkanali s\u00fcndroom on mediaann\u00e4rvi pitsumine randmekanali ahenemise t\u00f5ttu, mis tekitab s\u00f5rmedesse tundlikkush\u00e4ireid (tuimus, torkimine, k\u00e4te suremine) ja k\u00e4te j\u00f5u langust. Samasugused kaebused on patsientidel, kes t\u00f6\u00f6tavad k\u00e4tega, ka t\u00e4nap\u00e4eval. Soovitame kaebuste raviks kasutada \u00f6iseid ortoose, k\u00e4e- ja k\u00fc\u00fcnarvarrelihaste venitusi, sirutussuunalist liigutust teostavate lihaste tugevdamist ja n\u00e4rvimobilisatsioone. Painutussuunalised liigutused randmest v\u00f5ivad p\u00f5hjustada kaebusi ka k\u00fc\u00fcnarliigese piirkonnas. Sellisel juhul on tegu mediaalse epikond\u00fcliidiga, mis kujutab endast k\u00fc\u00fcnarvarre painutajalihaste kinnituskoha \u00fclekoormuss\u00fcndroomi ja degeneratiivseid muutusi k\u00f5\u00f5luskoes. T\u00e4nap\u00e4eval on olemas spetsiaalsed harjutusprogrammid seisundi raviks ja epikond\u00fcliidi v\u00f6\u00f6. Valu leevendamiseks ja kudede taastamiseks kasutatakse k\u00f5ikv\u00f5imalikke aparatuurseid ravimeetodeid.
