Kui just terve aed ei kujuta endast hiiglaslikku permakultuurip\u00f5ldu, aga niikaugele pole v\u00e4hemalt mina veel j\u00f5udnud.<\/p>\n<p>Niisiis varakevadised esimesed rohelised lehed. T\u00e4navune pehme talv soosis seda, et s\u00fcgisel hoo sisse saanud taimed j\u00e4tkasid p\u00e4rast lume kadumist reipalt oma edenemist. Kui m\u00f6\u00f6dunud aastal sai naadipirukat ja karulaugupestot valmistada s\u00fcgavas mais, siis n\u00fc\u00fcd korjasin esimesi n\u00f5geselehti juba m\u00e4rtsi l\u00f5pus. N\u00f5ges, naat, karulauk ja hapuoblikas kuuluvad kindlasti enamlevinud umbrohtude hulka. V\u00e4hem teatakse, et p\u00f5ldosja tillukesi v\u00f5rseid v\u00f5ib toiduks kasutada v\u00f5i p\u00f5drakanepi varased varred asendavad edukalt sparglit.<\/p>\n<p>Iseenesest on see huvitav, kuidas just viimastel aastatel on s\u00f6\u00f6gitegemishuvilisi kevadel tabanud tohutu umbrohuhullus. Naadid pirukasse v\u00f5i pestosse, n\u00f5gesed supi jaoks, nurmenukulehed salatisse, hapuoblikas mahlaks, kuusev\u00f5rsed siirupiks. Seda loetelu saaks \u00fcsna tublisti j\u00e4tkata. Kui nii v\u00f5ib \u00f6elda, siis on see moodsa, kergelt urbaniseerunud inimese tunnus. P\u00e4evad l\u00e4bi klaasi, betooni ja kipsplaadi vahel viivad paratamatult selleni, et tahaks hingata puhast \u00f5hku, tunda mulla l\u00f5hna, linnulaulust ja konnade krooksumisest r\u00e4\u00e4kimata. Niisiis t\u00e4idabki umbrohi selle t\u00fchimiku, mis kusagil meie hinge tagumises sopis t\u00e4itmist vajab.<\/p>\n<p>Kusjuures see pole alati niimoodi olnud. Talupoja jaoks t\u00e4hendasid looduslikud toidutaimed \u00fchest k\u00fcljest ravimtaimi, teisalt aga looduselt saadud abi, kui toidulaud kippus kasinaks j\u00e4\u00e4ma. Sobivate taimede valiku m\u00e4\u00e4ras kas intuitsioon v\u00f5i p\u00f5lvest p\u00f5lve edasi antud kogemused ja tarkused. Viimaste sajandite jooksul on selles valdkonnas v\u00e4lja antud kaks raamatut: E. W. Dr\u00fcmpelmanni \u201eFlora Livonica\u201c 1809. a Riias ja R. Kalle ning R. S\u00f5ukandi \u201eEesti looduslikud toidutaimed\u201c 2013. a Tallinnas. Vahepeal umbrohtude s\u00f6\u00f6misest v\u00e4hemalt k\u00f5va h\u00e4\u00e4lega ja kirjas\u00f5nas ei r\u00e4\u00e4gita. Ei s\u00fcnni! Talupojal, kellest sai sammhaaval peremees ja kes siis selle privileegi ootamatult kaotas, ei sobinud ometi nii madalale laskuda. Veel n\u00fc\u00fcdki \u00fctlevad vanemad inimesed, et kas t\u00f5esti pole muud enam s\u00fc\u00fca, et peab naadipirukat k\u00fcpsetama. Lapates vanu eestikeelseid kokaraamatuid, kohtab \u00fcksnes n\u00f5gesesuppi, m\u00f5ne s\u00f5naga soovitatakse supis kasutada ka hapuoblikat. Nimelt v\u00f5ib eestikeelse toidukirjanduse kohta \u00f6elda, et kui mingi retsept sattus 19. saj baltisaksa kokaraamatuisse, siis \u00fcsna kindlalt v\u00f5ime seda kas otse v\u00f5i mugandustega kohata vaata et t\u00e4nap\u00e4evani. Nii et needsamad umbrohutoidud, mida esineb n\u00e4iteks soome-ugri rahvaste juures, j\u00f5uavad baltisaksa kultuuriruumis v\u00e4\u00e4rtustamise kaudu uuele ringile.<\/p>\n<p>Baltisakslase Lyda (Liida) Pancki roheline supp n\u00f5gestega vene moodi on n\u00e4iteks \u00fcks selliseid, mis sobib nii 19. sajandisse, kui 1864. a ilmus tema varasema saksakeelse kokaraamatu eestikeelne versioon \u201eKasulinne K\u00f6gi- ja majapiddamisseramat\u201c kui ka 21. sajandisse. Keetke munad kas tavaliselt koos koorega v\u00f5i nagu Lyda Panck soovitab \u2013 kooreta.<br \/>\nServeerimiseks t\u00f5stke taldrikusse n\u00f5gestega leent, s\u00e4ttige supisse vorstit\u00fckke ja munasektoreid v\u00f5i taldriku keskele kooreta keedetud muna.
