Foto autor: Ago Raudsepp\/Rahvusraamatukogu.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>N\u00e4iteks 1992. aasta kevadel maksis liitrine Soome jogurtipakk Tallinna Lembitu t\u00e4naval asunud \u201dSiili \u00e4ris\u201d 12 Soome marka, valikus oli 3-4 sorti maiust. Aasta hiljem toodeti jogurtit juba ka kodumaal, Tallinna Piimatoodete Kombinaadi sama suur jogurtipaki eest tuli tollal v\u00e4lja k\u00e4ia ligi 4 krooni. Esialgu oli lettidel siiski rohkem importjogurteid, eriti Soome Valio ja Saksa Fruttise ning Zotti firmade toodangut. 1990. aastate keskpaigaks oli kodumaiste jogurtite valik juba lai ja kvaliteet p\u00e4lvinud klientide usalduse. Veel rublaajal, 1991. aastal, lisandus Leiburi tootevalikusse Tallinna m\u00fcsli, mis sisaldas peenestatud kaerahelbeid, nisukliisid, maisipulki, rosinaid, \u00f5unu ja porgandit. Foto: Rahvusarhiivi filmiarhiiv<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Tasapisi hakkasid need uued tooted eestlaste hommikulaualt t\u00f5rjuma seal seni domineerinud v\u00f5ileibu, putrusid ja praemune. Paar aastat kestis siiski uudistamise ja kohanemise aeg. N\u00e4iteks ERMile saadetud meenutustes kirjeldas endine \u00f5petaja Helju oma esmatutvust m\u00fcsliga 1992 tehtud v\u00e4lisreisil: \u201e&#8230;meid vastu v\u00f5ttev organisatsioon pakkus meile hommikus\u00f6\u00f6ki. Laud oli kaetud piima-, keefiri- ja jogurtipakkidega, aga ka mitmesuguste helveste ja kr\u00f5binapakkidega. Me ei teadnud veel, mis kraam see m\u00fcsli on. Laual olid supitaldrikud, aga me ei teadnud, mida sinna panna v\u00f5i valada. Rootsi naine, meie vastuv\u00f5tja, n\u00e4gi meie kohmetust, tegi lahti m\u00fcslisegu paki, puistas osa sellest taldrikusse ja k\u00e4skis piima v\u00f5i keefiri peale valada ja l\u00e4bi segada. Moosipurk oli ka laual ja sealt v\u00f5is magusat juurde lisada. Nii lihtne see oligi, aga mulle oli m\u00fcsli maitse \u00fcsna v\u00f5\u00f5ras, tegelikult see ei maitsenud mulle, aga oma portsjoni s\u00f5in ma \u00e4ra&#8230; M\u00fcsli oli tookord meile esimene l\u00e4heneva uue aja kuulutaja.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>1990. aastate jooksul hakkas s\u00f6\u00f6mine muutuma lihtsast k\u00f5hut\u00e4itmisest elustiili osaks: nii r\u00f5hutasid ka uute toitude reklaamid maitse k\u00f5rval j\u00e4rjest enam tervislikkust. Jogurtit tutvustati lausa kui imetoitu, mis \u201dannab noortele energiat, kosutab haigeid ja aitab vanuritel eaga kaasnevatest vaevustest \u00fcle saada.\u201d Samu argumente kasutati m\u00fcsli puhul, mis oma algsel kujul t\u00f5epoolest oligi ravitoit: 20. sajandi algul serveeris seda esmakordselt oma patsientidele \u0161veitsi arst Maximilian Bircher-Benner. Ei l\u00e4inudki aga palju aega m\u00f6\u00f6da, kui ilmnes, et nii m\u00f5nedki uudsed hommikus\u00f6\u00f6gid on ikkagi parajad suhkru- ja s\u00e4litusainepommid.
