Arvestades rahvuste ja kultuuride kirevust, pole see siiski \u00fcheselt k\u00e4sitletav. Vahet tuleb teha, kas teed joodi raviotstarbel v\u00f5i rituaalse toiminguna.<\/p>\n<p>Raviteena tuntakse Eestis hulgaliselt erinevaid taimi, p\u00f5lvest p\u00f5lve anti edasi \u00f5petusi, kuidas \u00fcks v\u00f5i teine taim aitab erinevate t\u00f5bede vastu. Osasid ravimtaimi on kasutatud ka igap\u00e4evase tee valmistamiseks, n\u00e4iteks talvel k\u00fclma leevendamiseks v\u00f5i ka ajaviitmisjoogi keetmiseks. Viimast k\u00fcll m\u00f6\u00f6ndusega, et \u00fcht v\u00f5i teist taime ei tohiks liiga kaua j\u00e4rjest tarvitada. Vanausuliste jaoks olid v\u00f5\u00f5ra p\u00e4ritoluga uuendused ebasobivad, see k\u00e4is n\u00e4iteks nii kohvi, tee, tubaka kui isegi kartuli kohta. Tuginedes Setu- ja Peipsimaa elu-olu uurinud Elisabet Richterile\u00b9,\u00a0 hakkasid vanausulised kalja asemel teed jooma 19. sajandi I poolel. \u00dche p\u00f5hjendusena toodi, et rohke kalas\u00f6\u00f6mine tekitab janu. Poole sajandiga v\u00f5eti komme omaks ja 19. sajandi l\u00f5puks oli teejoomine tavaks muutunud. \u00dcksnes eriti usklikud tarbisid suure paastu ajal suhkruga tee asemel rosinatega kuuma jooki, et tunnistada teejoomist kui pattu.<\/p>\n<p>Teed valmistati 3-4 korda p\u00e4evas: hommikul, ennel\u00f5unal ja l\u00f5una ajal, vahel l\u00f5una- ja \u00f5htus\u00f6\u00f6gi vahel ning \u00f5htul. 19. sajandi keskpaigast alates hakkasid majadesse ilmuma samovarid ning niimoodi teejoomise rituaal juurduski. Vett v\u00f5eti reeglina j\u00e4rvest, v\u00e4ikeses kannus valmistati kange t\u00f5mmis &#8211; <em>zavarka<\/em> ning tolleaegsest \u201ekiirkeedukannust\u201d valati kuum vesi peale. Selleks, et tuline jook ei p\u00f5letaks suud, valati seda osade kaupa s\u00fcgavale alustassile, mis jahutas ning muutis teejoomise meeldivas ajaviiteks. <em>Zavarka<\/em> jaoks teesegu valimisel oli oluline, et ta maitse seistes ei halveneks. \u00dcheks viisiks oli lisada mustale teele erinevaid taimi v\u00f5i marju\/puuviljat\u00fckke. <em>Zavarka<\/em> v\u00f5ib valmistada ka \u00fcksnes \u00fcrtidest, ilma musta tee puruta. Levinuim tooraine oli metsmaasikalehed, must s\u00f5star (lehed, varred, pungad), kuivatatud \u00f5unad. Kui viirused k\u00fcljes, siis tehti taimeteesid. Tee juurde ei v\u00f5etud tavalist suhkrut, vaid keedeti piimaga l\u00e4bi, niiviisi olevat see kasulikum.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fclalistele pakuti alati teed. Vastuv\u00f5tuks piisas teest ja keedusuhkrust. \u00d5igesti valmistatud helepruun koorekomm on nii \u00f5rn ja siidine, et valgus kumab suhkrut\u00fckist lausa l\u00e4bi ning karamellit\u00fckk murdub suhkrutangide vahel neid vaid vaevu puutudes. Suhkrut\u00fckk pistetakse p\u00f5ske v\u00f5i keele alla, v\u00f5etakse teelonks peale ja juuakse niimoodi hulk teed \u00fche suhkrut\u00fckiga. Tee k\u00f5rvale pakuti ka moosi ja kuivikuid (barankasid), samuti pirukaid. N\u00fc\u00fcd, 2017. aasta suvel, valmis aga 100 retseptist koosnev kogumik.\u00b2 Loomulikult tuntakse ja kasutatakse ka sealkandis nn ravimtaimeteesid. Levinud on must s\u00f5star, vaarikas, kibuvits, murakas, kanarbik, p\u00e4rna\u00f5ied jne. Nende k\u00f5rval on erilisel kohal aga p\u00f5drakanep. Fermenteeritud ja kuivatatud tee s\u00e4ilib 3-5 aastat ning seda v\u00f5ib v\u00e4ga edukalt tarvitada musta tee asemel.<\/p>\n<p>Raivo Kalle, Renata S\u00f5ukandi j\u00e4rgi on p\u00f5drakanepi kasutamise kohta enne Teist maailmas\u00f5da v\u00e4he andmeid. \u00dchel juhul on Vilbaste kogunud nimetuse <em>kaporuski<\/em> tee.\u00b3\u00a0 P\u00f5hjus selles, et tavaliselt \u00f6eldakse, et \u201eKoporski t\u0161ai ehk Ivan-t\u0161ai ehk Russkii t\u0161ai on traditsioonilne vene tee, mida tunti juba 13. sajandil enne musta tee levikut.\u201d Tee on eriline lille-, puuvilja- v\u00f5i kommiaroomi poolest, mille ta saab fermenteerumise k\u00e4igus. Ala vallutanud ristir\u00fc\u00fctlid rajasid oma puitlinnuse, mis aga Aleksandr Nevski poolt 1241. aastal tagasi vallutati. Kaporje puhul oli tegemist Suur-Novgorodi loodepoolse eelpostiga. Legendi j\u00e4rgi raviti p\u00f5drakanepiga s\u00f5durite haavu ja anti juua sellest valmistatud teed. Tee tuntus kasvas ja ivani teest kujunes \u00fcks olulisemaid Venemaa ekspordiartikleid. Seda transporditi laevadega \u00fcle kogu maailma ning ta oli sama kuulus, kui p\u00e4rsia vaibad, hiina siid v\u00f5i damaskuse teras. Piiri taga kutsuti seda vene teeks.<\/p>\n<p>XIX sajandiks oli ivani teest kujunenud india tee v\u00f5imas konkurent, Inglise teekompaniid kartsid konkurentsi ning nende huvides oli suurendada oma importtee osa. Esimene mailmas\u00f5da l\u00f5petas ivani tee ekspordi ning Kaporje, mis oli oluline teetootja, sai sellega hoobi. 20. sajandil loodi Kaporjese siiski teaduslik tootmiskeskus, mis tootis vanade vene retseptide alusel jooke, mille p\u00f5hikomponendiks p\u00f5drakanep.<\/p>\n<p>20. sajandil uuriti NSVL-s palju p\u00f5drakanepi kasulikke omadusi, eesk\u00e4tt on see taim tuntud oma p\u00f5letikuvastase toime poolest. Sajandi teisel poolel t\u00f6\u00f6tati v\u00e4lja preparaat \u201eHanerol\u201d. T\u00e4nap\u00e4eval arvatakse, et p\u00f5drakanepi puhul on tegemist \u00fche v\u00f5imsama ja universaalsema taimega. Lisaks raviomadustele ei tekita tees leiduvad alkaloidid inimesel joovet, vaid t\u00f5stavad tuju ning teravdavad m\u00f5istust. Siiski, p\u00f5drakanepi v\u00f5rsete s\u00f6\u00f6giks ja lehtedest tee tegemist kohtas baltisaksa kirjanduses juba 19. sajandil.
